Hi, I’m Charlene Ko, a UX and visual designer with a background in architecture, urban planning, fine arts, and social impact.
I believe great design is not only visually compelling, but also empathetic, inclusive, and grounded in real user needs.
My foundation in spatial design and systems thinking comes from my studies at USC, where I earned degrees in Architectural Studies and Urban Planning. My early work in social research and community advocacy taught me to center lived experiences in the design process, a mindset I carry into every project. From UX/UI design at Solicon Works to digital strategy at NAWA and visual storytelling in gallery settings, I’ve built responsive, user-centered experiences that connect people with tools, spaces, and ideas.
I bring curiosity, care, and collaboration to every stage of the design process, from user research and prototyping to design systems and UI. My goal is to create digital products that not only function well, but resonate deeply.
